Villa Iris is located in the southern part of the island, approximately 11 km from the town and just 100 meters from the beautiful beach of Agia Kyriaki or Saint Sosti, as the locals call it.
Villa Iris has been built according to the traditional Cycladic architectural style with respect to the modern amenities a modern traveller is seeking. The view from the villa is idyllic. On windless days, visitors can enjoy from the balcony of the first floor the view of Mykonos Island, the closest neighbouring island.
In the courtyard of Iris Villa is a large pool where visitors can swim or relax on the comfortable sun beds. If our guests prefer to swim at sea, just a five (5) minute walk from Iris Villa is the beach of Agia Kyriaki. The long beach of Agia Kyriaki is sandy with crystal clean waters and sea sports opportunities. Surrounding the area many taverns and restaurants can be found where the visitors can enjoy the local cuisine.
The house of Tinos is measuring 100 square meters and consists of three (3) bedrooms, of which two are located on the first floor and one (1) on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a full bathroom, functionally designed to meet the needs of a family or a small group. Upstairs there is a small balcony and the visitor can enjoy the sea view. The ground floor is a spacious living room around the fireplace, modern kitchen and utilitarian WC.
Villa Iris is around 100sqm and consists of three (3) bedrooms. Two out of three bedrooms, the master bathroom and a balcony with a view to the sea are situated on the upper floor of the villa, while the third bedroom, the WC, the lounging area and the fully equipped area are on the ground floor. The fireplace in the living room of Villa Iris adds charm in the overall ambience of the house.
In the courtyard of Villa Iris, a large pool (shared with the adjoining Maisonettes), the sunbeds and a dining room and a portable barbecue complete the description of this beautiful villa, ideal for a small family or group of friends.
